I should have been a hermit....

You know, I could really use a break from weirdness with people LOL!  We had a strange encounter with our neighbor lady that lives about 1/3 of a mile away but shares a fence line with us.  I had a very unfortunate session with someone who was mentoring me that caused a lot of grief.  We are continuing our opposition to the current house bill stripping parents of their rights to make medical decisions on behalf of their children and this is a very charged situation fueled with media fear tactics and scared people who become angry and hostile.  It is a disheartening situation.  I have been wrestling through all these issues and more and trying my best to apply what I have learned to the relationships within my home.  Encouraging my children to come to me anytime they have been hurt by something that I have said or done so we can work that together.  Encouraging them to talk to each other through the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindn...

April Showers....

The older 2 went on the annual Jr. High retreat to the beach.  Lots of rain, friends, games, and hopefully learning about the Lord! This a bit hard to see but we are supposed to be doing math and where are the "little ones"?  Outside, in the rain, under the pink...

Spring Break and Goodby March
