The children spent most of their time playing in the water. It was a perfect spot for children. The smaller of the two streams flowed right beside our camp spot and was very shallow so children could play safely building dams, throwing rocks, and looking for water creatures.

Our campsite overlooked this stream.

The main stream had a few small deep pools but lots of rocks and shallow waters for wading.
Evi loved the mud/sand

I talked Sawyer into jumping into this water hole. It was by far the deepest in this particular section of the campground and we opted not to camp in the beautiful sites next to it mainly for Brighton's safety.

The swim hole was back to shallow in one large leap (and a favorable current).

Walking upstream.
