Update

I don't have any pictures to share because we disconnected the internet connection to our other computer (where I do picture downloads).  The weekend before Phil went back to work, I decided a major change was needed in terms of our living space.  So...we rearranged everything and did a thorough clean.  We made a more formal dining area by moving the hutch and a bookcase and get this, cutting 4 inches off the legs of our table and chairs.  The table (which was a counter height) now doesn't look so big and invasive.  The living room looks much smaller.  We have a really weird lay out for our house.  It is basically a large square with a half wall dividing the kitchen from the rest of the space.  There are 2 big french doors at either in and the t.v. is "built" into the wall.  It is wonderfully open and children friendly but requires some creativity in furniture arrangement.

We are in the process of decluttering and are tackling the playroom first.  We have gone through all our books and got rid of about 1/2 of them!  Next up, the toys and then onto the children's closets. How on Earth do we have so much stuff!!  I declutter several times a year and yet we still have copious amounts of stuff!!

Everything is going well this first week "back".  Phil is back to work and I am back to being a full time mom.  We have had a lot of town trips for appointments and I am looking forward to a day at home tomorrow.  I am ready to get back into some sort of routine with the children.  Brighton is doing great.  He is a happy and content boy as long as he isn't in the carseat!!  He loves being held and nursing and sleeping in bed with Mommy and Daddy at night.  I don't sleep all that well BUT, this is the best sleep with a newborn that I have ever gotten!
