It's Over...
Football that is! I am sorry for the players that wanted to go further in the playoffs but happy happy happy to get back to "normal" around here. I am glad that we will once again share dinner together and have evenings together as a family. Phil is such a huge support to me and I have missed him greatly these past few months.
I forgot to mention that we have a crawler! Evi can slowly make her way to just about anywhere she would like to go. She has already discovered the baskets in the coffee table. Time to learn "no" and "don't touch". My how this time has flown by. Next month, she will be a one year old.
Two year olds dressing themselves can be an adventure. Jubilee put on a pair of pants that kept falling down so I asked her to go into her room and change them. I followed up and found her wearing a new pair, backwards. I had her take them off and discovered that her underwear had disappeared as well. She had no idea where then went. I got out new undies for her and had her redo everything while I quickly went to make my bed. I checked in on her to discover that her pants were on inside out and backwards and her undies were on backwards as well. I had her take both off and decided I better supervise or we could be at this all day. I helped her into her undies and discovered her original ones up around her waist. They must have come off when she took the first pair of pants off and when she put them back on both legs went into the same leg hole and then were pulled up and under her shirt. Too Funny!!!

Emily, one day when Kaleb was somewhere around 3 1/2, we were at a hardware store and he began to complain that his underwear was uncomfortable. When Craig investigated, we discovered that Kaleb had THREE pairs of underwear on! Upon further questioning, he innocently proclaimed, "But I DID put clean underwear on!!!". He had indeed, for three days. He just forgot to take the old ones off! Yes, follow up and assistance are pretty crucial:)
